Oslo hadDreamHack visiting today for the DreamHack Summer qualification. The qualifiershould bring one team to DreamHack Summer in Jönköping, Sweden.

The Norwegian should take place at IT-Palasset netcafé in Oslo, with eightteams participating. At stake was aninvitation to DreamHack Summer, including travel and entry-fee, plus gettingdirectly to the 32-team bracket, meaning skipping the eventual group-stage.

Main favorites should be Gamewire.no, who during the day changed to theorganization named Oslo Lions. Maximum giving away four rounds per match, Lionscould easily advance to the final. In the Grand Final, they should be facing consequence.

The final started out withnoLA having several PC issues. After longer waiting period the final could setoff. Oslo Lions could start as CT, but consequence managed to take home thepistol-round. Lions responded with deagles and took home second. From thatpoint on, the match had Oslo Lions written all over it. consequence managed totake another 3 rounds before switching sides.

Second half Oslo Lions made short progress as they nailed the needed fiverounds in order to win.

Oslo Lions will be follow team mates' footsteps and will be attending DreamHack Summer, 14-17th of June in Jönköping, Sweden.

Next up it’s the Finnish qualification taking place in Helsinki on Wednesday,followed by the Swedish qualification in Stockholm on Saturday.
